Behavioral

I had an initial phone screening for about 10 min with the recruiter. Then, I had a second interview that was around 20 min long. The vibe in the second interview wasn't great and the conversation felt a bit forced. It was mainly behavioral questions. When I tried asking questions, there wasn't much enthusiasm from their side. The recruiter mentioned I'd get feedback, but it never came.

Behavioral Other

HR Meraki head hunted me a few years ago. This HR lady was entitled to ask anything during the intro chat. The call ended quickly. One year later, I applied online for a role. The role was filled, but I was still invited for a phone interview and f2f with the hiring Manager. I attended the interview in the game room. The hiring Manager was eager to have lunch on time, signaling a friend. No questions about achievements were asked. 5 or 6 typical interview questions were asked, and he wasn't listening. He was interested in knowing if I was a good fit: Do you know how to play soccer and skateboarding in the office? Do you like London or not? Are you enough rock 'n' roll? The office had a huge disproportion between male and female employees (2 female employees in a crowded male environment). Average age in the office: all in their 20s - thirties. The whole hiring process was not right.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screen. After that, they set up a face-to-face interview with four managers: two directors and two inside sales managers. I was really impressed by the questions they asked, and by the end, they had convinced me to join the team. I was excited to potentially work with such talented people. I got an offer just two days after the interview. For those who interviewed and didn't get the job, they were notified quickly, usually within 2 days, which I thought was considerate. Meraki definitely has its interview processes figured out.
