It was a basic telephonic HR interview. They asked me about myself, why I think I should be hired, my strengths and weaknesses, my projects, if I am ready to relocate, and my achievements. They also touched upon employee engagement and HR functions.

Applied on their website. Got email to arrange a phone interview the same day which was impressive. Telephone interview was rearranged two to three times but finally had one which went well. Questions around experience etc. Invited for a face to face interview week after. The office is good and gives a feel of Google-like. Met three people one after the other for 30 mins each which was tiring as all asked same kind of questions. The most disappointing was the first interview with one of the ladies who claims to be an HR. She was not at all welcoming and just walked with me to the interview room murmuring something that I cannot even hear. She thought she was showing me the office which was not the case as can't hear her. We went in the interview room and she sat with her computer writing notes but the way she asked questions was not at all engaging as clearly she was just reading them and writing my answers. It didn't seemed an interview at all. She sounded as if she was scared that if someone comes in more qualified then her then her job will be gone. I've never had such a bad candidate interview experience. I blame her for ruining my interview as I was so put off that didn't really wanted to complete the interview. Other interviewers were nice and friendly. I bet that if she continues to take interviews then meraki will loose on good candidates.

The interview process was well-run, with flexible scheduling and fast responses. It began with meeting some recruiting team members. Then, there were one-on-one interviews with managers from sales, recruiting, and engineering. Everyone was great and provided a lot of information. The technology seemed very strong and stable, and I had the chance to meet the CEO, who is one of the smartest people I've encountered. After the interviews, I was really enthusiastic about the possibility of joining the team.
