Technical Presentation

I went through three rounds of interviews, all of which were technical product management interviews with PMs from Meraki. They also asked for my transcript after all three rounds. I had an informal site visit too. The first round was a video conference, and the last two rounds were over the phone.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was quite long, starting from a paper sift and going through several interviews. Initially, there was an HR interview, followed by a Webex call with the hiring manager. If that went well, it would lead to a face-to-face interview. I wasn't really clear on the format or expectations for that stage, and it felt a bit confusing. The conversation seemed more focused on probing my previous employers' operations rather than on me. Honestly, I thought this stage was a bit confused and didn't offer much value from my perspective.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring manager round was specific to the role. Next was a presentation round to a panel as part of their loop rounds. Coming up were Hardware Technical, Execution, Networking Technical And then a Final behavioral round. I was informed incorrectly about the interview process and what to expect from each round.
