I first got a call from the recruiter, who was really nice and clearly explained the company and compensation. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager. I wasn't impressed, it didn't feel like a good human connection. He just asked a bunch of standard questions one after another for 30 minutes, not really engaging with my answers. Maybe he already had someone else in mind. The questions were all about sales and pretty much what you'd expect, just like the reviews on Glassdoor say.

Met with the 4 Team Leads from each country for 4 separate interviews. It was a really nice and casual chat where they asked general performance questions, about my past experience, why I was interested in Meraki, and what I would do in certain situations. I think if you're a personable person and have the relevant past experience, it should be pretty straightforward.

Behavioral Technical

I felt the interview process was a waste of time. I went through 6 interviews and never heard back, even though they said I'd get an answer the following week. I tried contacting the recruiter twice with no response. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates; a simple 'not a match' would be better. Apparently, this is their standard process, as someone else mentioned it took them two months to hear back. I'm not interested anymore. The interviews themselves seemed to go well. It started with a recruiter call, then an initial manager interview. After that, I got an email saying I was moving on. They scheduled four more interviews over a couple of months, focusing on behavioral questions, past experience, and technology.
