The interview process was extremely unprofessional. Initially, I was offered time slots to select from, but this was not honored, and an interview was scheduled for 6:30 PM on a Friday. The interview itself went well, and I was advanced to the next stage. However, I received no further communication despite sending a follow-up. Weeks later, a generic response stated the position had been filled. It took significant restraint not to criticize their severe lack of professionalism.

I had a recruiter call that went over the job role and my goals. The recruiter was upfront about the pay range and expectations. They were conscious of not wasting my time. I decided not to continue with the interview process as it didn't align with what I'm looking for. I'd still recommend applying because I had a great interview process and it was a breath of fresh air having a recruiter that was mindful of the candidate's time and career goals.

Had a quick intro chat with the recruiter who laid out what they are looking for, the requirements, and how the interviews would go. Then, I had a 45-minute chat with the team manager, going over expectations and a quick look at my CV. It was super chill and conversational. After that, it was two 45-minute technical interviews with different team members each time. The first one mostly covered my resume projects and how I built them, followed by a coding problem. The second one focused on core concepts and how well I understood networking, plus another coding problem. Even though I don't think I aced it, the interviewers made me feel really comfortable and were happy to clarify anything I asked about, keeping things friendly the whole way through.
