The interview process is pretty chill and straightforward. They usually check in about your availability and your background in customer service, and they'll ask about customer service-related situations. They also go over what the daily work would be like, including the tasks you'd do and the working hours.
- Can you describe a situation where a customer was dissatisfied and how you managed it?

the questions were easy and it was a short interview. it went well and i was told to look out for an email but never heard back even after following up (literally got left on read)
- What makes you want to join this company?
Team Member
The hiring process was pretty straightforward. Since I'm a student looking for part-time work and don't have much experience, the interviewer kept the questions pretty basic and focused on behavior. They asked about my studies and whether I had any experience with cash registers or a cooking certificate.
- Tell me about how you handle conflict, and what your availability is. Also, what are you studying?
- Do you have any prior experience using a cash register?
- Are you in possession of a cooking certificate?
