The interview process was professional, courteous, and concise. The questions were sensible and to the point. I think they represented the actual job well. It's the perfect early career position for anyone.
- Are you able to lift more than 50 pounds?

First, you'll get a call to schedule a one-on-one interview with a department manager. After that, the manager will ask if you'd like to work with them and give you a tour. A few days later, you'll get another call to do some paperwork or another task, and then they'll give you directions for a drug test. Once they get good results back, they'll offer you the job and set up orientation.
- Tell me about your strengths.
Team Member
You just walk in and fill out an application form on paper. After waiting for about six months, they called me in for a one-on-one interview. Then, about a week after that, I got a call to come back for an orientation.
- The interview questions were pretty standard.
- Nothing you wouldn't expect from your average interview questions.
