I put in my application online towards the end of November 2019. A few days into December, the Regional Manager gave me a ring and we set up a time to meet in person. The next morning at 9am, we chatted for about an hour at one of the Jacksonville stores. Three days after that, we met again, this time at a different store, and by the end of the meeting, I had a job offer. I started the very next day since I was ready to go and it was the start of a new pay cycle. So, from applying to getting the offer, it all happened in about a week and a half.

I had a in-depth interview at the Taylor shop with the sales manager, regional manager, and store manager. It was a bit of luck that I walked in at the right time, but I'd say my chances were good since I was wearing a high-end Kenneh Cole suit from Men's Wearhouse.

I had a phone call with the VP of the area. Then I went in person to meet the store manager. You have to wear a suit, or they won't consider you. The store manager wasn't very friendly and seemed like she didn't want to talk to me.
