it was pretty easy. they asked about my skills and some theoretical questions about the job. i got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall it was a smooth and easy process.
- In your opinion, what makes you a good fit for this role?
Customer Service Associate
The interview experience was great. The manager was really nice and friendly during general interview questions and getting to know me. I got a tour of the store and met some staff, and was impressed. Then I was shown how I'd help customers with tuxedos and greet them. I watched some company policy videos and answered computer questions. The store manager, who's been there 10+ years and trains others, was very knowledgeable and thought I'd be a good fit. The Tuxedo manager was energetic and fun, making sure I understood the tux department. I met other CSAs and saw sales consultants helping customers. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything a businessman would need. It's located across from the Beverly Center in the Beverly Connection, near good food and shopping.
- What creative contributions could you make to the company?
Customer Service Associate
I applied online and after a week, I called the store and set up a meeting with the store manager. They appreciated my initiative, which they said was a good sign. I had an impromptu interview right then and there, unprepared and not even dressed for it. It was pretty quick. After that, the store manager told me to come back in a few days to meet with the assistant manager and operations manager, this time dressed appropriately. After that second interview, they hired me on the spot.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict between two individuals?
