The interview process was straightforward, as it was part of a nurse residency program. We were asked to select our top three preferred units. Then, we interviewed for one of those units with a representative, likely the unit manager.

Got a call a day or two after applying. The nurse manager asked a few basic questions and then set up an interview. When I got there, the nurse manager took me to a room where 4 nurses were waiting to interview me. They asked several questions, but nothing too difficult, just standard interview questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. A couple of days later, HR called with a job offer. They sent over the benefits and pay rates via email, and once I accepted, we arranged my physical and drug test, and my orientation date, which was about a month away.
