First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Memorial Healthcare System - South Florida.
Ultrasound Technician
The interview process itself felt good, but getting the initial interview was a long haul. My application from September/October was still 'under review' long after, and I probably wouldn't have gotten a shot if I hadn't attended hiring events multiple times. Even after attending three times and going to interviews where they said they 'loved' me, I never heard back.

Registered Nurse
The interview process was straightforward, as it was part of a nurse residency program. We were asked to select our top three preferred units. Then, we interviewed for one of those units with a representative, likely the unit manager.

IT Service Management
The process was pretty straightforward. Initially, the hiring manager gave me a call to talk about my background, skills, and relevant experiences for the role. A couple days later, I had a group interview with some team members who each asked me a few questions.
