I interviewed with the manager and then some members from the current team. Everything was phone or Skype. The questions were focused on reviewing my resume and my skills in the system. There were some questions about how my current team worked and how management worked. They asked fairly detailed questions about different master files and my build experience.

I put in my application in September. Someone called me in November for a phone interview. After that, my resume was sent to the hiring manager. I got another call a week or two later to schedule the in-person interview. I attended the in-person interview and it went really well. Everyone there was nice, and it seemed like a position I'd be interested in, although they did mention wanting someone who could work every weekend.

I interviewed for a nurse residency program. They told me that working at the hospital while I was in school would help me get in, so I did that for a year before applying. They asked me to pick my top 3 interview spots. But while I waited for the interview dates, I found out that the places I picked had already promised spots to people who had been working there longer than me while they were in school. So, my interviews were kind of a waste of time.

It's pretty straightforward. First, there was an initial interview with a quick technical quiz. Then, a follow-up interview with the team. After that, an offer is extended. Then comes an extensive background check and drug screen. Finally, orientation on your first day and a probationary period for 90 days.
