I'm sharing my interview experience because it was pretty unique and totally open. I got laid off recently and hadn't looked for a job in ages. Applied on Indeed and heard back within a week. M&D's process had one phone chat and then three more meetings. Over three weeks, I met with different people at M&D to really talk about the job and the company vibe. I even shadowed three awesome people in the Sales Support role. We had lunch, and I got to see what a day there is really like. I think this way, both the company and the candidate get a real picture. Some of the interview involved computer tests for skills like attention to detail, organization, Excel, basic computer stuff, and speed. I really appreciate the time they spent. It's a big commitment for everyone. It was shocking to see the bad reviews online. I'm glad I went through it myself and formed my own opinions. I visited the office three times and felt a really good energy from the staff and the company. It was actually nice to be around so much life, expression, and creativity. I definitely left wanting to be a part of it all.

The company makes you jump through hoops and takes advantage of their large applicant pool. They make you come in many times to find the perfect fit. This meant I had to come in 6 times before they realized it just was not what I wanted. Very cultish atmosphere.

I applied on the website, and got an e-mail and phone call within 4 days. The interview was with a HR head and a New Hire for HR. First I waited in the waiting room for 10 mins. Next the interviewer spoke about the Company and what type of person they are looking to Hire. Second part was a role play. The HR lady never sold any thing in her life (she told me that) I don't understand how this company doesn't have a sales manager interview the new hire?? Good luck!
