Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Meezan Bank.
Intern
The interview process was really good, although the wait was quite long. The interviewers apologized for the delay at the start. Overall, it was a good experience, and they were polite and welcoming. They also asked me at the end if I would be willing to join if selected.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications and interests?
- Would you be willing to join us if you are selected for the position?
Intern
The whole interview was pretty quick and straightforward. The interviewer asked questions that were relevant, not too hard and not too easy, just right. They asked about my previous experiences and some general questions like why I want to work here.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
Intern
They started with a 5-10 MCQ test. Then there was a short 2-minute intro interview followed by a 1-hour test. Even though I did well on the test, I never heard back. There were no more internship postings either. It felt like a waste of time since they didn't even inform candidates if they got the internship.
- Please introduce yourself.
- Could you complete a one-hour test?
