Human Resources Coordinator
I got an email to set up a phone screen. It was pretty conversational. They told me about the role and the company. I was asked to talk about my HR experience, why I wanted to leave my job, and what I'm looking for in a new role. I never heard back after the call.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Share your HR experience.
- What prompts your job search?
Human Resources Assistant
I applied and about a week later I got a call to set up a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview covered some basic questions and a few behavioral ones. They set up an in-person interview for a few days later during the phone call. The in-person interview was pretty thorough, with lots of behavioral questions and some about my online presence. It was a good experience overall, but getting a generic rejection email and then no response to my request for feedback was a bit of a bummer.
- Can you share an instance of a mistake you made in a previous job?
- Describe a mistake you've made at a past job.
- What are your views on your internet presence and how you use it?
Human Resources Coordinator
they reached out the day after I applied online. I set up a phone interview for a few days later. They asked me to come in for an in-person interview that same week. The interview went really well, but then I got an automated email a few days later saying they decided to move forward with someone else.
- What websites do you visit frequently?
