The interview was held online via Google Meet. It began with a short introduction, then they asked me about my background, skills, and what I expected from the role. The person interviewing me was nice, and the whole thing was pretty straightforward and organized.

Had a few calls that went super well and the interviewer was really nice. The last interview was pretty bad though. I felt ready, but the interviewer seemed totally uninterested, barely reacted to my answers, and didn't seem engaged at all. The whole thing only lasted about 10 minutes, and they hardly answered my questions when I asked them.

It was a pretty chill interview, I liked the company, but they did a lot of explaining which made it confusing. Standard interview questions. The only weird thing was they called me out of the blue to set it up, I would have preferred an email.

I had two calls with the TA Lead over the summer, and they went really well! We had some great conversations, and I was really excited that my resume was getting passed along to a hiring manager. I come from a Life Sciences Recruiter background with pretty solid billing for my first year in the industry, so I was shocked when he got back to me and told me that they weren't looking to set up an interview. They'll hire recent college grads with no experience in either recruitment or pharma, but not someone coming in with the exact experience that they're looking for. Truly bizarre... but I guess it just showed that they weren't the right fit for me.
