It was a multi-step process. First, I had a phone call with the Hiring Manager. Then, another phone call with the TM. After that, I had some texts/phone calls with SR2, two SR1s, and ASR. Finally, there was an in-person meeting with the TM and Hiring Manager. I got a verbal offer, and then a written one. They were pretty quick with responses, but expect to answer a lot of the same questions from different people.
