I met with HR first, then had two interviews on site and a facility tour. Later, I had another multi-interview session over Zoom with three people, though not all at once. It felt mostly behavioral and experience-based, not much technical ME stuff.

First, there was a phone call to chat about my experience. Then, I had an in-person interview where we talked more about my background. They wanted to see if I'd fit with a team and a project. They asked a lot about what I did in past jobs and what I learned in school. The interviews were pretty chill, and the people were nice.
