The interview process was professional and well structured. The interviewers didn't know the role very well but knew enough for an entry level interview. Some companies have better processes, but I liked this one better.

The whole interview process was super long, taking 4 months from the first contact to getting the offer letter, but it wasn't too difficult. I had an hour-long phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, after a really long silence of about 1.5 months, I had an HR phone screen. Once I passed those, I moved to the final interview stage. Since I was from out of town, they did a panel phone interview instead of an in-person one, and they didn't offer any on-site visits. The final interview lasted 2 hours, with lots of interviewers asking questions really fast, which was confusing because they all sounded similar. I got the offer about a month later. The offer letter itself took a few weeks to finalize. I was in a bind because I had another offer expiring, and they could only give me a verbal offer initially. It was a risk, but it worked out in the end.
