The process was good with clear requirements and clear answers and next steps. That's why it was all the more frustrating to get no answer at all afterwards. Really shameful and not OK, you can't treat candidates like that.

Behavioral

I applied through my university and got an email to schedule an interview. It was a 1-on-1, and the person was super nice. It was all behavioral, no case studies. We went through my resume, and they asked more questions about my past work in healthcare, why I'm interested in Medtronic, and if I really get the healthcare industry.
