Customer Service Representative
The recruitment process took about 6 weeks from when I applied until I got the job offer. The recruiters were easy to reach if I had any questions or needed clarification. It was a 3-step process, all done virtually, and it included a panel interview with the supervisors and managers.

Customer Service Representative
Recruiters were nice and laid-back. The process was long but super helpful. I sent in my cv and then a recruiter from an agency called me for a 30 min interview. After that, she sent my cv and answers to the company for them to look at. About a week later, they asked me for a video interview. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks, but it was totally worth it. Everyone was really professional and answered all my questions. I'd totally recommend them.
