Customer Advocate
This interview process was pretty straightforward. A lot of the questions are easily found with a quick search online by the hiring managers. They might ask some curveballs though, like 'what part of a bike would you be?' or 'What is your greatest weakness?'. Your resume quality, how you present yourself, punctuality, and your demonstrated interest in the company through research are key factors in making a good impression. Be ready for anything. Sometimes, staffing agencies might provide inaccurate job details, so it's important to be prepared regardless. Since this role isn't client-facing, talking about 'helping patients' won't be very relevant.
- If you were a part of a bicycle, which part would you be?
- What would you say is your biggest weakness?
Customer Advocate
The interview process was real smooth. A recruiter set me up with an interview that was scheduled for a week later. The whole interview took about an hour. I got there, went to the lobby, and waited for like 15 minutes. Then they took me to a room and two people interviewed me. They asked me questions for about 20 more minutes, and then a third interviewer came in. After another 15 minutes, the interview was done. I got the job offer a week after.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Advocate
You interview for both a clinical and customer advocate role with three supervisors in a small room. They give you background info on both positions and then get into situational questions. They really want to hire people, so if you sound smart and relaxed they will most likely hire you.
- What animal would you be and why?
