Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was good, with quick communication from the recruiter. We had an initial HR chat, followed by a remote interview with the manager, and then an in-person final interview. The first interview covered my background and what I expect. The second was a relaxed chat with the manager, who shared a lot about the job. The last interview involved a presentation and more questions specific to the role.

I sent my application through the Medpace website. About two weeks later, I got an interview with the talent acquisition partner. The whole interview was in English. They asked me about my past work, how I found out about the job and the company, my thoughts on safety, and why I'm interested in this field. Later that same day, I was approved for another interview with the manager. This interview was also in English and had three parts: queries about my career path, questions about how I handle certain behaviors and situations I've faced, and a practical activity simulating some job tasks that require attention to detail.

The interview went well and I fit the profile according to the recruiter's directions. A few days later, I learned that the working conditions mentioned in the ad do not correspond to reality. A CRO that wants to play in the big leagues but doesn't have their profile. Avoid.
