I got a phone interview invite the day after applying, and the hiring manager conducted it two weeks later. It went okay, with standard questions, and he seemed nice. I was told the next step would likely be an in-person interview. A few days later, I got another phone interview invite and was interviewed spontaneously by two other HR ladies. It was a very 'cold' and rushed conversation, and I didn't feel they were really interested in my profile. No next steps were mentioned, and after three months, there's still no feedback, even though they keep reposting the same vacancy. It's hard to figure out their approach.

First, I had an interview with HR. Then, I was invited back to interview with the Sr. Managers. After that, I interviewed with the client group. They gave me an offer over the phone and we negotiated a higher salary than what they initially offered.

They were quick with their response and getting back to me about the hire date. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and I felt comfortable during the whole process before they hired me. They gave me a tour and the conversations were easy, I didn't feel pressured to talk to the people who were hiring me.
