I went through 3 rounds. The first was on Microsoft Teams audio with HR, discussing my background, salary expectations. The second was a face-to-face interview at their office, focusing on the role and my current job. The third was a Teams video call with their director, covering the role, company, and my profile. All rounds seemed to go well, and I felt positive about getting selected. It took about a month for a response after the final round. They asked for my CTC breakup and expected salary, then after 3 weeks informed me they weren't proceeding with my application.

Behavioral

I went to an in-person recruiting event in late October. About two weeks later, I had a 30-minute virtual interview on Microsoft Teams. Another two weeks after that, I was invited for an in-person interview with some HR folks. All the interviews were pretty chill, and everyone seemed nice and welcoming. My main issue is that they seem to waste people's time. Medpace should really get better at vetting candidates earlier in what feels like a really long interview process. Taking almost 3 months is just not efficient. I was asked the exact same questions in every interview. They need to either get better at filtering people out initially or at finding the right candidates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through 3 interview rounds for the Project Coordinator role. The first one on July 27th was a discussion with the potential project manager and associate director. Then, on July 29th, I had an HR interview about salary and company policies. The final interview on August 7th was with the Department Director from HQ, where we talked about current projects. I got an offer letter on September 10th, expecting to start October 10th. Unfortunately, I got Covid on September 14th, and my quarantine period overlapped with my notice period, leading to cancellation. I then asked to postpone my joining date to November 1st, and they agreed.
