Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medpace.
Analyst
The interview process was straightforward. It started with a video call, and then there was an in-person panel interview with the team. The in-person part included five separate 30-minute blocks with team members, followed by an HR representative who asked questions to get a feel for me. I made it to the final round but didn't receive an offer or any notification about the result, which was disappointing.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Programme Analyst
It was a 5-round interview process, spanning over 2 hours. There wasn't a technical exam, but they did ask probability questions. Having SAS skills is important. They also asked for details about my projects. The final round was crucial, as it seemed to be the deciding factor for hiring.
- Can you describe your experience using SAS?
Analyst
It was a friendly interview where we started with some small talk. Then we moved on to discussing what the firm does and my understanding of it. They asked about my knowledge and skills and how they would fit into the company. The interview concluded positively with information about company benefits and what they offer.
