Inside Sales Representative
The hiring process was pretty long, taking about three months from start to finish. I went through three phone interviews and then one in-person interview. After the interviews, I had to reach out a few times to get updates on my application. It felt like a pretty standard corporate hiring process, just a bit longer than what's typical.

Sales Representative
The interview took place in the cafeteria of a gas station on a highway rest stop! It was unprofessional and lacked confidentiality. The manager asked discriminatory questions about age, marital status, and the age of children.
- Quel est votre âge ?
- Quelle est votre situation familiale ?
- Quel est l'âge de vos enfants ?
Sales
The process started with HR and recruiting, followed by training and an interview with the division manager and the VP of Sales. Then there was a Hogan test, a drug test, and I needed to show proof of COVID vaccination and car insurance above a certain amount. Fingerprinting was also required. There were also a bunch of compliance videos and tests to complete before starting. The whole thing could take up to a month to get everything sorted.
