There were three zoom interviews over two weeks. They asked about me, how to sell products, and used scenarios. Everyone seemed nice but in a rush.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 7 rounds, spanning a few weeks. Everyone I met was professional and nice, but it got pretty samey, especially since I met with the hiring manager twice and got asked the same behavioral questions over and over. After more than five hours of interviews, I just got a standard rejection email with no feedback. For a position that wasn't entry-level, the lack of communication and closure was a letdown and not what I'd expect from a company like Medline. When a candidate puts in 7 rounds of interviews, getting just a generic rejection feels rude and unprofessional. The time and effort I put in deserved at least a quick, thoughtful response or some basic feedback. That kind of courtesy is a big part of HR's job and would have made the company look much better.

Behavioral Technical Case

The first stage was a 30-minute call with a product manager. They asked behavioral questions, about gross margin, and went over my resume. Since I had another offer, I was quickly moved to the final stage, which consisted of two interviews with directors from different product areas. These interviews were primarily behavioral, focusing on my resume experiences. While deep business knowledge isn't strictly necessary, you should demonstrate an understanding of how businesses can boost revenue or profit margins, and showcase your ability to think and solve problems on the spot.
