I applied for the IT Business Systems Intern role in late September via Handshake and heard back in November. The interview process kicked off with an initial phone call with the hiring manager. Then, there was a 45-minute virtual interview with a manager, followed by two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with senior managers. The first call was pretty standard, mostly behavioral and background questions. In the second interview, the manager was nice and asked what I knew about the company and the role. The last stage involved those two senior manager interviews, which were mainly about seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team and if I could work well with others. The whole thing was pretty smooth, and everyone was really approachable, making it a comfortable experience.

Behavioral

A recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen. They mentioned that vaccination was required for the role, and I disclosed my religious exemption. Following this, their demeanor changed, and they appeared disengaged. Subsequently, I was informed that I wouldn't be proceeding further in the interview process. The recruiters came across as unprofessional, and it's not a company I'd consider working for.
