Behavioral

The interview process is pretty much the same across the board. Each department tends to stick with behavioral questions. If you manage to get past the manager's interview, you'll then be invited to chat with a peer team. They'll also be asking behavioral-based questions. After that, the peer team makes their selection, and then the manager makes the final call before an offer is extended.

Behavioral

The HR department will try to nickel and dime you about your pay status. It's hard to achieve a raise even after having good work experience. Each interview is pretty unique, but the orientation and benefits seminars are the same.
