Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medical Mutual.
Intern
It was a two round interview process. The first one was a phone call interview with a recruiter. In the second round, I was asked basic behavioral questions. The process was very streamlined and they were flexible with my schedule.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge working with a team.
Intern
It was a multi-interview process, which felt engaging and efficient. Expect to talk to quite a few different people. They really wanted to hear about my future goals and ambitions. It wasn't overly challenging; the best advice is just to be yourself.
- What are your post-graduation plans?
Intern
I applied by sending my resume to the recruiter who used to work here back in December. I ended up connecting with the new recruiter in January. After two phone calls, I got the offer on the third phone call.
- Tell me about your current area of study and your reasons for seeking a role at this company.
