Sales Representative
there was a total of four interviews. the hardest was the in person interview, the others were pretty standard phone interviews with HR and a regional manager. Make sure you memorize the script and they make you repeat it to them.
- What would you say to an account who tells you they're going to use another lab because that rep brings them Starbucks?
Sales Representative
I went through 4 interviews plus one with HR. HR's interview was confusing because they said someone would inform me about the job offer, but I never heard back. They told me to keep in touch, so I did, but they continued to ignore me. I was completely ignored and never informed about the status of my application, despite having an interview with HR. I called them twice and left messages, but neither was returned.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in sales?
- What attracts you to MDL specifically?
- Could you explain your reasons for transitioning into a sales role?
Sales
It was 3 phone interviews, first with a screener, then the hiring manager, and finally the national sales director. After that, there was an in-person interview with the CEO and 3 managers. Each interview was about 20-40 minutes. You need to know about the tests we can do, like for STDs, yeast infections, and UTIs, and you can find specific diseases on our website. Also, know our 3 swabs: OneSwab, NasoSwab, and UroSwab.
- Can you name three diseases that can be tested using our available swabs, and what are the names of those swabs?
- Tell me about the last book you read.
