The whole interview thing took about 6 weeks. It started with a phone call with the manager, then an in-person meeting with the manager too. After that, there was a screen call from an SSE, then a call with the national sales mentor. Next up was a call with the VP, and finally, a call with the CEO. I got the offer packet like 3 days after that last call.

The interview process started with a phone screen with HR, followed by an interview with the district manager. After that, I interviewed with the VP and then the CEO. The VP asked the best questions and seemed to be the most effective in screening candidates. The CEO, however, mostly discussed the company and asked very few questions. While both the VP and CEO appeared passionate about the company, they didn't seem to have a strong grasp of the day-to-day activities of their district/regional managers and the sales teams they oversee in the field.
