I had a phone screen with HR, and then went through two interviews with the team. The last interview involved a presentation and a mock call, which felt like a lot of work and pressure for a standard AE position. They were fair and responsive, though.

Behavioral Presentation

You might get contacted by a recruiter, or their own in-house recruiter. First, you'll have a phone screening with HR. If they like you, you come in for a face-to-face meeting with Sales. You'll probably meet with the In House Recruiter first, then a Director of Sales. After that, you see the product demo and meet with the CRO and a few other team members for more screening. The last part is a demo or presentation of something you've sold before.

Behavioral

I had a phone screen with a talent acquisition manager, and then I was scheduled for a 2-hour in-person interview. This was a bit questionable since a deep dive interview is usually the second round, but I went with it. The overall experience was negative. None of the people I met seemed to want to be there, and for a sales position, they had pretty awful personalities. They looked like they had no clue what they were doing, and I could sense the low morale from afar. With attitudes like that, I wouldn't want to work there even for a pay raise. The only good thing I got out of it was learning to pre-select my interviews more carefully. My advice to others is to be cautious.
