I interviewed with MediaRadar back in June 2021, and the whole thing took about 3 weeks. I totally aced the initial screening call, which led to an interview with the hiring manager. That one went well too, so a few days later I had another interview with a different manager. Then came an assessment to check my Excel skills. The last step was a final presentation that I think I nailed. I heard back with a rejection email the week after that.

Mediaradar reached out to me after finding my profile on a career site, showing interest in my background. I had an initial phone screen with the head of HR, who was very knowledgeable about MediaRadar and the product role. Then, I had two separate in-person interviews with the SVP of Product. The second of these involved a project and presentation, which was a great exercise that really put me in the shoes of the role and allowed me to best showcase my skills to the team. Beyond these, I also met with other department heads and the CEO. Everyone I met was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. The whole process took a couple of months due to scheduling, but it was thorough and definitely worth the time.

HR reached out after I applied on LinkedIn. The initial phone interview was quick. Then I had an in-person interview the next week with the Associate Director of Client Services. A day later, I was invited for a second round with two team members. The conversations went well and I felt I presented myself effectively. Unfortunately, a few days later, I received a standard response indicating they moved forward with other candidates. I asked for feedback but haven't received any yet.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online, then I had an initial HR phone screening. HR was a bit bland and hostile. Then an in-person with the SVP of product. The office was very laid back and people seemed very nice. The SVP was kind and we spent about an hour talking about the company and role. No challenge just a portfolio review. Thought it went well but got an email from HR saying they wouldn’t be moving forward.

Given a stream of numbers from a device that emits them continuously, design an algorithm to check if each number is emitted an even number of times in total. The condition is that if a number is emitted, it should be emitted again later.
