Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mediaocean.
Talent Acquisition Intern
It was a pretty standard interview with behavioral questions. The interviewer was really nice, and we had a good chat. They did take a bit of time to respond though.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was three phone/video calls. All just situational questions, no test, no written assignment. Easy conversational, low pressure. Most of the questions were 'Tell me a time when' questions, they did a good job explaining what the company actually does
- What made you apply to Mediaocean?
Recruiter
Started with a phone call with someone from the team, then took a cognitive test and had more calls with team members. Ended with a video call with the VP of the department.
- Tell me about a significant challenge you encountered and how you successfully navigated it.
