I got a call from the Hiring Agency to interview. When I got to the office, the ambiance was great. I had two technical interviews that helped me learn about the job. Finally, the HR Director talked with me. She was friendly and told me about the company and its culture. I liked it and was excited about a potential offer. They answered all my questions well.

Applied via LinkedIn. The whole thing from HR initial response to offer took 3 weeks. The interview process included an initial telephonic screen and then an in-person interview. The phone interview was pretty straightforward, covering basic OOP and core Java questions, and lasted about 20 minutes. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. When I got there, HR had me take a 30-minute test with 7 questions worth 25 points. Six questions were about Java, focusing on code optimization and error identification, and one was a SQL query using group by and having. Following the test, I had three 30-minute interviews with different people, mainly discussing my recent projects and experience.

Applied on LinkedIn, got a call from the recruiter the same day. Scheduled a technical phone interview for 3-4 days later, covering basic Java topics (like the common ones you find on Google). After that, I was invited to the Manhattan office for the onsite. This part had a 1-hour coding test with general Java problems, followed by a technical interview focusing on Java and SQL basics. Then, I met the director to talk about the role and the team's work. Got the offer the next day. Overall, it was a really smooth and relaxed interview process, I actually liked it.
