First, there was a recruiter call. Then, a 4-person Zoom interview happened. I interviewed with potential hiring managers who talked about their different teams. The interview lasted an hour and was split into two 30-minute time slots, with 2 interviewers in each slot.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was fast and a really good experience. About three weeks after I sent in my application, the recruiter got in touch and scheduled an initial screening. Following that, there was a 90-minute interview with three people from the team. Each of these interviews lasted 30 minutes and involved just one interviewer at a time: the Associate Director, then the Director, and finally the VP. The focus was more on casual chat, assessing personality and fit, and asking behavioral/situational questions rather than tough interview questions. It was nice to meet the team and learn more about what they do.
