The interview experience can vary depending on the recruiter; some are helpful and responsive, while others may not reply. Typically, there's an initial recruiter call followed by a team panel interview where you'll speak with a couple of potential colleagues.
- What makes you want to work in this position?

First, there was a recruiter call. Then, a 4-person Zoom interview happened. I interviewed with potential hiring managers who talked about their different teams. The interview lasted an hour and was split into two 30-minute time slots, with 2 interviewers in each slot.
- Would you rather work by yourself or with a team? Can you give an example of when you asked your manager for help?
- Tell me about a time when you asked a manager for help.

The hiring process was fast and a really good experience. About three weeks after I sent in my application, the recruiter got in touch and scheduled an initial screening. Following that, there was a 90-minute interview with three people from the team. Each of these interviews lasted 30 minutes and involved just one interviewer at a time: the Associate Director, then the Director, and finally the VP. The focus was more on casual chat, assessing personality and fit, and asking behavioral/situational questions rather than tough interview questions. It was nice to meet the team and learn more about what they do.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Which ad campaign do you admire the most?
- What are your methods for staying organized?
