I had an interview with a Jr. HR person at the Missouri Career Center for about 10 min then took a personality and basic skills test which took 30+ minutes. I was then asked to go to Mediacom to have a second interview the next day. After a 15 minute interview with one of the Customer Service Supervisors I was taken straight to the Call Center Manager for a third interview with her. She really drilled me on whether we would be asked to work 3 holidays a year and frequently be required to work overtime. Then it took 2-3 days for HR to drug test and run background checks to clear me.

I applied online and had actually forgotten about my application when I got a call for an interview a month or two later. I went into the office for an assessment that evaluated my customer service and typing abilities. After passing, I had a face-to-face interview with two of my potential direct supervisors. They asked standard interview questions that weren't too difficult.

Applied in May and started in August, so there was a long wait between the interview and getting hired. The interviewer made me wait in the lobby for half an hour before coming to get me. The wait felt longer than the actual interview. The training for CSR is too short, and you're put in front of customers too quickly.
