I had cleared the telephonic and the face-to-face rounds. My expected salary was discussed and I was informed about a final hangout interview with the team in the USA, which I also cleared. However, the situation worsened when they offered me 1.5 lakh less than my expected salary, despite earlier assurances. They then tried to compensate with a mobile bill and laptop allowance of around 25 thousand if I used my own equipment for work. After several discussions, I realized there would be no work-life balance, as they could expect work at any time, including nights and weekends. They suggested flexibility in work location but I recognized a hidden agenda, potentially leading to work demands on holidays. They emphasized being a Google partner, which I found misleading as it's not a significant achievement. Once they sensed my awareness of their work culture, they claimed I didn't meet a requirement, though they were proceeding with me. I questioned why my interview was scheduled if I didn't meet their criteria, and they stated that not everyone needs to know everything technologically. I advise others to go through their interview process, get an offer, but reconsider joining.

hey friends, i am a student from the CSE branch. i found this opening on naukri.com and they invited me to gurgaon for the interview. the interviewer was a really decent and nice person. he started by asking me about myself and then about my project. after that, he dove into core Java, beginning with all the OOPS concepts. once we discussed those, he asked me the burn rope puzzle and the monkey wall puzzle. he also asked me to write an easy pattern program. after a while, he let me know that I had cleared the first round, and that some other students hadn't. on the same day, my second round began. this interviewer also asked about Java and DBMS. in Java, he specifically asked about OOPS concepts and requested output examples to check my understanding. so, to ace this round, definitely prepare for Java output aptitude questions. finally, only salary was discussed.

So there were 3 rounds in total. First was a technical round, which was average difficulty, with some core Java questions, SQL queries, and database design. Then there was a managerial round with some puzzles and general design questions. The final round was with the VP, where we discussed typical HR stuff. After clearing all rounds, I was told I got selected, and they followed up a few times saying the offer would be out the next week. But then communication stopped. When I followed up, they told me the feedback from my last round was negative, which surprised me since they had said I was selected multiple times. It was a very unprofessional experience, especially them deciding after 15 days.
