Registered Nurse
I did an online application and scenarios and apparently they didn't like my responses. Received an email that said they were interested in candidates with more experience in this area. I've been a nurse 27 years, public health, home health, hospice.
- Were you willing to work as a team and help others when needed?
Registered Nurse
Got a call on Monday and interviewed on Wednesday, then got a job offer on Friday. Did a tour of the center, didn't meet any other staff. Filled out standard paperwork. They didn't check references. Interviewed by someone who didn't seem to know much about nursing.
- Standard canned questions from someone that knew nothing about nursing.
Registered Nurse
The interview process had two main parts. First, I spoke with a manager, and then I had another interview with a nurse manager. The interview itself was pretty standard. They talked a lot about salary during this time.
- Can you tell me about your previous clinical experience?
