It was a quick and easy interview. They asked some basic questions to learn more about me and my background. I got a job offer right after I left, with a start date for the next week.

I was contacted for a 30 min interview with their recruiter. Once I passed this step I met for a face-to-face interview with two staff members. One from corporate and another from the new start up facility I would be working at. The questions were straight forward and I felt comfortable learning about the organization while still being interviewed for a position.

HR managed the initial part of the interview process okay, but the hiring manager had to step in because they started to mess up. The whole thing took months, and then communication stopped after the hiring manager told me to keep in touch. Finally, I got an email saying the job was 'postponed.' My resume got lost, and then some random person called asking if I owned a laptop they found with my resume in a folder. It turned out it wasn't the hiring manager's laptop, but someone else's. I never found out whose laptop it was or who shared my info, but I was glad to help them get their laptop back. I'm not trying to be negative, just giving honest feedback to help MedExpress improve their hiring and protect their business image. I'm still a customer and will keep using them because I think they're great for the community.

The interview was a 30-minute phone call. The recruiter went over the job requirements and asked about my qualifications. It seemed like MedExpress is starting a new office for Emar Implementation. She wanted to know more about my current role, which is basically the same job. I was asked questions about my current job, and it felt like they were trying to get information from me. I didn't hear back after the interview, and after sending three emails to the recruiter, I finally got a response. She informed me they weren't interested at this time. Two weeks later, the job posting reappeared on Glassdoor with my salary expectations and specific responsibilities from my current job.
