The process was super quick. I spoke with the recruiter, and right after, she set up a call with the hiring manager. Then I met with the CRO. I never got an offer, but the team was really responsive, and the recruiter kept me updated on what was next.

I made it to the second interview, which was a phone call with a recruiting coordinator. They told me I would be moving on to the next phase, a mock sales call, and that I should expect an email to set up a date and time. Instead, I got an email saying they were continuing their search. I emailed both recruiters I spoke with to ask why but never heard back. A little more honesty would have been nice!

It started with your average phone interview with a recruiter and then you’re moved on to a zoom interview. This is when things became interesting.. I guess my interviewer had been exhausted for the day. He hopped on and stated he had just left another interview which made me a little uneasy but I went work it. He then begin and skipped going over my experience and asked why I got into sales. Then I was asked if I had any questions for him. Had it not been for my questions, the interview would have been over in 5 minutes. He then says he wants to move to the next round which would have been a sales pitch with two AE’s. And then a 3rd interview with the VP. I received a email the next day stating they thought I would be a good fit but they want to continue their search. I thought it was unprofessional and a waste of my time to be honest.
