There were a lot of steps involved in the interview process. It started with a screening, then a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a case study that took up a good part of the day. After that, there was a panel interview and then final rounds. They really dug deep in the interviews. The case study felt a bit more intense than what was really needed for this particular role.

Started with a quick recruiter call, like a typical phone screen. Then met with the hiring manager the next week for more in-depth technical questions. The whole thing moved pretty fast, and the recruiter kept me in the loop on everything and even gave me some interview tips. Didn't end up getting an offer, but it was a really positive and engaging process.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt unorganized, like they were figuring things out as they went. It started with an online assessment and there wasn't a set number of conversations initially. I was first told there would be three conversations leading to an offer. However, after the first few went well, and one even included speaking with the person I would be replacing, they added two more conversations to 'get a feel' for me. It seemed clear they had decided on me much earlier but decided to keep me stringing along and waste my time. The whole process took over 5 weeks when it could have been done faster.
