Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedeAnalytics.
Business Analyst
The interview process was quick, taking a little under two weeks from start to finish for an offer to be extended. It consisted of a phone interview followed by an in-person interview.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
Business Analyst
I had 2 phone screenings and then 2 more phone interviews. After that, there were 4 in-person interviews all on the same day. In the final part of the process, 4 candidates were interviewed by 4 different company people.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What is your definition of data analytics?
- Do you have any basic behavioral questions for me?
Business Analyst
I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. Then I had two phone interviews with Client Services Managers. The third stage involved traveling to their HQ in Dallas for four interviews with client services employees at various levels. While most went very well, one interviewer was quite rude and condescending for the whole 40 minutes. He questioned my healthcare experience (despite it being a healthcare company) and didn't see the value of time management for a BA. He also belittled my job, skills, hobbies, and where I live. I was really hoping for this job, but that one person really soured it for me, though if it means not working with him, then it's for the best.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
