First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedeAnalytics.
Sales Executive
The interview process was very professional with great enthusiasm for the role and the company. The head of HR and Director of Talent who interviewed me were very seasoned in the healthcare analytics space. You could tell they loved working for Medeanalytics and they know the industry well and the competitive landscape. The culture they created at Mede sounds fantastic.
- What are your thoughts on the provider marketplace?
Account Manager
I interviewed with a VP, some peers in account management, the AVP of the department, and a senior executive. They all asked really good questions and it was easy to connect with them. I got to ask about the company culture, initiatives, and goals, and what challenges I'd face starting out. Everyone was really open about the company going through some growing pains, but they all shared positive experiences. It's been over two months and it really does feel like a family here. Sure, there are areas for business improvement, and it's not perfect, but no company is. I'm really happy to be promoting their products and services.
- I don't recall the specific questions from over two months ago.
Client Service Associate
The whole process dragged on for more than 8 months. There were 7 phone calls where it felt like no real questions were asked, mostly just people explaining the company's restructuring. This was followed by 5 in-person interviews, but there were long delays in getting feedback on the outcomes. They also didn't provide any specific reasons why candidates weren't selected, like salary expectations being too high or low, other candidates having stronger backgrounds, or not meeting qualifications.
- Do you enjoy teamwork?
- What are your thoughts on traveling for work?
- Do you have any reservations about working remotely and on your own?
Intern
I had 4 phone call interviews. The first and last were with team leaders, and the second and third were with employees who had joined the company less than a year ago. They mostly asked about my interests and behaviors. They also asked what questions I had for the company. They mainly want to find someone who is eager to learn and has the capacity to learn.
