Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medcor.
Registered Nurse
I applied on their website, and then someone from talent acquisition reached out. After that, I took a test with personality/behavioral questions and some practice customer service calls. Next, there was a one-way video interview where I answered some pre-set questions and got to know more about the job. The final step was a two-way video interview with two of the hiring managers.
- What makes you want to join Medcor?
- Can you define what customer service means to you?
Registered Nurse
It was a multi-step process, but quite straightforward. I talked to the recruiter and the hiring managers. Then I went through some recorded questions in a one-way interview, followed by a live two-way interview. Everyone, including the recruiter and hiring managers, was very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a clear understanding of the job expectations.
- How do you resolve conflict with an individual?
Nurse
Started with a phone screening, then I met the hiring manager face-to-face. If they liked me, I had another phone interview with the regional manager, and then they made an offer. They didn't accept any negotiation.
- Can you describe your experience in nursing?
