The interview process was great and very thorough. The interviewer was easy to talk to and the interview lasted about an hour. I felt very comfortable throughout the interview. They were on time, very proficient, and gave me enough time to answer my questions. They were very honest. It's a great company so far.

So first I had this recorded interview, like on video, with some easy questions, I think there were 4. The first couple were about me, like personality, and the last two were like, what would you do if... kind of questions. It's kinda weird talking to a screen though. Then I had a quick chat with someone from talent acquisition, just a screening basically. After that, I spoke with the Hiring Manager, and we talked about the job and my experience. The last step was talking to the client to see if I'd fit in with their team.

I was hired remotely for this role, being out of state. The hiring manager, who is the director for my region, spent a lot of time talking negatively about the previous manager and the current client. He actually had more bad things to say about the situation than good. He also promised me a salary that he ended up not giving me, and I was never reimbursed for my relocation expenses. He just left me with a really bad impression of the whole thing, but I took the job anyway because I knew someone who worked there. It turns out that the person who previously held this position gave proper notice but didn't alert the hiring manager soon enough to start his search. He even offered her cash to stay (he told me this), but she turned it down. So, the office was left empty for about 4-5 weeks before I arrived.

I applied on their website, and then someone from talent acquisition reached out. After that, I took a test with personality/behavioral questions and some practice customer service calls. Next, there was a one-way video interview where I answered some pre-set questions and got to know more about the job. The final step was a two-way video interview with two of the hiring managers.
