Customer Service Representative
There was one round of interviews. The interviewers were an HR, a leader and a department manager. Overall, the interviews were average in difficulty and there were no very difficult questions.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully resolved a challenging issue?
Customer Service Representative
The interviewer set up a phone interview for me on Sep 20 at 15:00. I waited by the phone for an hour, but the interviewer never called back. This was a really bad experience and a complete waste of my time.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty tough. It started with a basic phone interview. Then, I had a 1.5-hour test session that included a 12-minute Wonderlic assessment (50 questions covering English, logic, and math), followed by tests in French, English, Excel, and typing. Later that week, I met with two managers for situational and behavioral questions about my past experience and how I'd handle different future scenarios. I also completed a personality index assessment and provided references. The whole thing took about two weeks.
- Could you share an instance where you felt professionally proud?
