The interview was short and felt professional. It was a video call with two managers. They asked me about my experience in meeting goals and customer service, as well as my relevant job experience. The team was really nice and got back to me fast.

I talked to the recruiter right after applying, the usual questions. The next week I met with the hiring director, standard interview. A couple weeks later I saw the role reposted on LinkedIn so I figured I didn't get it, but Medavie hadn't told me anything. Surprisingly, I got asked to meet with someone else, which I did. I asked about the reposting since I didn't want to waste my time or theirs, but they didn't explain. I didn't do great in the 3rd round, I felt like I didn't show my abilities well. Looking back, it felt like a waste of time. Unsurprisingly, I found out the next day I wasn't chosen, which is fine because it probably wouldn't have been a good fit.

The process began with a recruiter screening call. About a month later, another recruiter scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The manager was late for this call, citing meetings. A few days after that, I received two assessments to complete. A week post-assessment, the recruitment coordinator informed me about delays in the hiring process. After another week passed, I was invited to an interview with the manager and some team members. The manager was late again and left early, again due to meetings. This interview felt quite cold and impersonal. A week later, the initial recruiter sent an email from an unmonitored HR address stating they were not moving forward but would keep my profile for future roles. Given the significant time investment across three interviews and two assessments over nearly two months, this lack of feedback was surprising. I followed up expressing this, though I don't anticipate a response. By the end, despite the role's initial interest, my enthusiasm waned due to the red flags and lack of respect shown. It served as a reminder of how well my current company treats candidates and employees.

It's been two months since my initial interview for this role. The process started with a phone interview, followed by a group interview where they mentioned it would only take 'two weeks' to find the right candidate. Later, I was asked to come in for a math test. Three weeks after that, they got back to me stating they were still conducting interviews and promised an update within a week, but I never heard from them again. Honestly, the recruitment process was really unprofessional, so don't bother applying here.
